You may return your wristband within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email and process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
If your wristband arrives damaged or we sent you the wrong item, please contact us at within 7 days of delivery. Please include a photo of the item and we'll correct it at no cost to you.
